We use Koshu grapes cultivated and harvested by our family at our own farm in the Kubodaira area of Makioka Town.
They are grown without Bordeaux mixture. A soft citrus aroma, like pink grapefruit, spreads.
This year, the clusters and berries matured earlier than usual, and the aroma has fully developed.
