Fukagawa Winery Tokyo / Yamagata Prefecture Delaware Orange Unfiltered 2023 (Orange) 750ml

We bottled two types of still wine, white and orange, of the new Delaware wine!

You can drink it smoothly. You can drink it without stress. That said, it does get you drunk. And that's good♪
No preservatives such as sulfur dioxide added. No sugar or acid supplementation. This is an unfiltered and unclarified wine.
There are not many domestic grapes that consistently exceed 20 degrees sugar content every year, and that is the Delaware from Yamagata.
With a sugar content of 20 degrees, about 10 degrees of alcohol is produced without additives.
Delaware grapes are grapes that everyone has tasted at least once as delicious since childhood, so I continue to believe that they cannot be bad when made into wine.
Grapes harvested on the rooftop of Akafudado are naturally fermented and used as wine yeast. Properly, the blood of Fukagawa lives in this wine as well.
