Both Inoshita and Uchida are so full of respect for the profession of 'comedian' that it moves them to tears; this series embodies that feeling in wine.
Like a tiered comedian, this fun cuvée performs deliciously no matter what dish is thrown at it on the stage of the dining table.
Each time, I devise grape selections and preparation recipes that match the character of the comedian (wine).
This year, I wanted to introduce a ~sense-type whispering style~, so I chose Niagara.
An ennui yet profound individuality, with a subtle, unobtrusive whispering aftertaste.
