This white wine, designed to pair with such kelp-wrapped local dishes, embraces the concept of “facing Japan’s umami culture.”
Citrus aroma reminiscent of Vermentino from Sardinia, Italy, with fresh acidity and fruitiness, and a subtle bitterness in the aftertaste.
