2018 had relatively high temperatures, summer rainfall, and two typhoons hitting in September, so it was not a year blessed with good weather.
The grapes in our vineyard located at an altitude of 700m were no exception.
However, by thoroughly managing leaf removal, pest control timing, new shoot management, and thinning, the yield was high and the color was good without any issues.
The color is good and the acidity remains moderate, so through long-term aging, it has become a wine where you can feel rich fruitiness, moderate astringency and acidity, and a soft barrel aroma.
You can enjoy it immediately after opening, but after 2 to 3 days it becomes a mellow taste.
