We are brewing using grapes produced in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
A beautiful hue reminiscent of rosé. A delicate and deep wine where refreshing fruit aromas and aromatic scents intertwine in complexity. It has fine and delicate tannins, with a solid presence of acidity.
This red wine has a nuance of plum and seems to pair well with Japanese cuisine.
