In Makio Town, located northeast of the Kofu Basin, there is a hill called Hayabusa-yama. We use only Muscat Bailey A grapes from the contracted grower Hideo Kubota, who has vineyards around 680m elevation on Hayabusa-yama. Carefully brewed and aged, this rosé wine offers a high-quality, rich flavor. Its aroma is fruity with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and white peach, along with a floral fragrance.
