① "Vinoble Vineyard / Project 933, Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon 2023 (White) 750ml"

A wine created in collaboration with global sommelier Rhys Choi, who resides in Hong Kong, and Vinoble Vineyard & Winery. This is the first installment of "Project 933," themed around the "connection" between Japan and Hong Kong. 
A limited edition of 900 bottles blended from homegrown Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. 

Freshly squeezed citrus like lime and grapefruit, herbs, and tropical aromas of lychee and passion fruit.
The freshness of Sauvignon Blanc, followed by a lingering aftertaste of the rich fruitiness of Semillon. A honey-like, smooth, and assuredly rich texture.
Dishes with a sour taste using citrus or vinegar, as well as rich Western dishes that use thick fruit flavors with butter or milk, pair well.

The wine brand name is "Project 933," which is the sum of Hong Kong's international dialing code "+852" and Japan's "+81," and is sold exclusively in seven countries and regions including Taiwan and Finland.
The only places you can buy it in Japan are at the winery and here.

② "Vinoble Vineyard / Project 933, Chardonnay 2023 (White) 750ml"

A wine created in collaboration with global sommelier Rhys Choi, who resides in Hong Kong, and Vinoble Vineyard & Winery. This is the first installment of "Project 933," themed around the "connection" between Japan and Hong Kong.
Limited to 300 bottles using homegrown Chardonnay. 

Aroma of citrus fruits such as lemon, grapefruit, and lemongrass.
A fragrant aroma reminiscent of vanilla, toast, and nuts. A rich wine that offers a lively acidity, a refreshing aftertaste, and a delightful fusion of fresh fruit and oak.
Recommended pairings include shrimp tempura, fried oysters, and white fish meunière.
