Using Verdelet from the Hosoya area of Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture, this wine undergoes skin contact to bring out the flavor of the skins. It is a dry pétillant characterized by refreshing aromas of green apple and citrus, along with a sharp, rich acidity. We recommend starting by tasting the clear upper layer, then gradually mixing in the lees as you drink. The flavor changes depending on how much lees are mixed in.
