Steuben was macerated for 16 days before pressing. After aging for one month, Neo Muscat was direct pressed and blended. After racking, bottled without fining, filtration, or SO2 addition.
A rosé sparkling wine with a vivid ruby shine and fine, beautiful bubbles. Aromas of bitter citrus such as grapefruit and buntan, and herbal notes like lemongrass spread out. Overflowing with fruity fruitiness, along with sweet flavors of strawberry, red cherry, and peach, balanced acidity and subtle mineral nuances add depth and complexity to the taste.
