The 2023 vintage is the first vintage wine from Wine Farm Tochio!
This year, Tochio, which can be said to be a heavy snowfall area, experienced snowmelt about 10 days earlier than usual, marking an earlier start to the arrival of spring buds. Although the early spring was often cold, the summer had little rain and continued to be hot, resulting in fruits that were more concentrated and had higher sugar content than in previous years at harvest time.
