Using Merlot (97%) and Pinot Noir (3%) from Makikyu Town, Yamanashi City. By blending Merlot and Pinot Noir, the unique aromas and flavors of Merlot that were not visible on their own are more pronounced. After aging in new French oak barrels for 11 months and undergoing bottle aging, it has become a well-balanced wine with a light and charming fruit aroma characteristic of Sanyo Wine. In the hot season when it's hard to reach for red wine, it is also recommended to pair it with simple steamed vegetables.
