Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days, then left to settle for about two weeks after racking, and bottled promptly without filtration.
With a vivid ruby appearance, the 2023 VT offers a fresh taste, concentrated fruit flavors from strong sunlight, and a slightly bitter finish as an accent.
The "mäki" in the wine name mäkioka means "hill" in Finnish, and it was chosen because it perfectly suits this wine made from European grape varieties nurtured in Makio.
