Merlot from Fuefuki City and Merlot, Berry A, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon from our self-managed vineyard in Makikyo Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, are fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in barrels for 13 months. Before bottling, a small amount of 2018 Muscat Berry A is blended in.
With a rich and vivid color tone, there are fruity aromas of cassis and plum along with a vanilla scent.
A full-bodied red wine with soft yet prominent tannins and rich umami, offering a smooth finish.
