"Gokka" refers to the ultimate Anshin-in wine series that one reaches when mastering fruits and fruit wines.
The product name "Kyokka" refers to a Buddhist term meaning "the highest and supreme enlightenment; the ultimate fruit of realization (the attainment of enlightenment through practice)." It expresses the idea that the fruits (grapes) and fruit wine (wine) have been perfected to the highest level.
The Albariño, harvested in its second year at the Yazu field, was harvested with the highest sugar content ever. To enhance the fruit's aroma, it was managed without oxidation from raw material processing to storage and bottling, and it was brewed and blended using two different types of yeast.
