Muscat Bailey A grapes contracted and cultivated in the Kashiwabara area of Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, were harvested in early November as "late-picked" after waiting for the sugar content and fruit flavor to fully ripen.
Raw grapes with a deep color born from soil of mountain sand and clay. Although it is not barrel-aged, it has been finished as a rich red wine with fully ripe, dense fruit flavors, a spicy aroma, and a full-bodied richness.
