Mikaya Wine / Ruby Rose 2023 (Rosé Sparkling) 750ml

Using seedless Pione, Black Beat, and Golby, along with seeded Delaware (only free-run Delaware). We received grapes from a trusted farmer in Habikino.

"It’s a good memory that Mikutani and Daichi from the staff harvested 800 kilograms of grapes together in the house during the midsummer and ended up exhausted (laughs)."

Pione and Golby are pressed in their fruit state for white wine production. Black Beat undergoes semi-carbonic maceration. Delaware is separately pressed for free-run and press-run juice for white wine production.

Blend them, then after the primary fermentation is complete, rack off the sediment, add sugar to create effervescence, and bottle.

The rustic quality often found in table grapes has been subdued by the white fermentation and semi-MC.

The aroma is like a wine made from Kyoho grapes, with scents of strawberry, raspberry, and apple.

The alcohol is low, and it can be smoothly drunk with a slight effervescence, complemented by tannins derived from Black Beat and the richness provided by seeded Delaware grapes.

In the second year after the winery was completed, we challenged ourselves to produce low-priced wines.

I think it's good value for money!

If the temperature is high and there is sediment mixed in, there is a possibility that it will spout out when opened, so please chill it well and let it stand for a while before opening.
