Brewed with 100% grapes from Hitachi Vineyard in Hitachiota City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for a total of about 8 months (partially fermented in tanks).
You can experience vanilla and coconut-like scents, a honey-like flavor on the palate, and a refreshing acidity with a hint of bitterness reminiscent of lemon.
It is recommended to enjoy it slowly at around 15–20°C, not too chilled, to savor the aroma.
