The Viognier used is from Yoshie Yutaka, who studied together with the cultivation brewer Sano at the Shiojiri Wine University in Katakubo, Shiojiri City.
The fragrant aroma reminiscent of osmanthus and mikan flowers is accompanied by a refreshing sensation akin to mint and menthol.
A white wine with a smooth mouthfeel and a solid drinking experience.
It pairs well with spicy dishes such as tandoori chicken and mapo tofu.
