A white wine from our winery's table wine series that has been well received.
Our own Niagara grapes suffered from a high incidence of late rot due to heavy rain in early August. We harvested early and made wine from underripe Niagara grapes, which allowed us to understand the potential of underripe Niagara. The blend with purchased grapes is also well balanced.
This year, the flavor is characterized by a "refreshing sensation."
Muscat, mint, citrus. While fruity, it lacks the typical sweet impression of the variety and is sharp and smart. Expansive acidity.
