Until last year, the wine was brewed with 100% Riesling Lion, but this season, due to the low supply of Riesling Lion, we mainly used Müller-Thurgau, which was available as a substitute.
This season, we brewed Müller-Thurgau for the first time, and we proceeded with the brewing while being enchanted by the ester aroma from the fermentation stage.
Blended with Riesling Lion and Sauvignon Blanc from our own vineyard to balance the overall finish. Very little chaptalization, no acidification. Fining agents used, filtered.
The color tone is glossy lemon yellow. Strong aroma of green apple, white flowers, stone fruits, etc.
Ester aroma. The taste is gentle and light on the attack, with fruity fruitiness, bitterness, and acidity in the aftertaste, and a faint salty taste in the aftertaste. Light and delicate, it pairs well with raw seafood.
