Brewing started for each variety. Several yeasts with different aroma generation were used and blended.
Brewed to express various wine-like expressions.
The fermentation environment for all varieties is generally low temperature of 14 to 16°C for about 2 weeks.
Very little sugar added, no acid added. Fining agent used, filtered.
The color tone is glossy lemon yellow. The aroma is green apple, green apple, white flowers, and citrus.
Compared to the previous vintage, it has a thiol nuance and a refreshing impression.
The taste is gentle and light on the attack, with fruity fruitiness, bitterness, and acidity in the aftertaste, and a faint salty flavor in the aftertaste. It is light and delicate and pairs well with raw seafood.
