This is a cloudy, lightly sparkling wine made from Muscat Bailey A produced by a farmer in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
It is characterized by a sweet scent like strawberries and a pale rosé color.
We are brewing while minimizing the use of antioxidants as much as possible.
"Because it is very prone to change, please store the bottle upright in a temperature-controlled place such as a wine cellar. Also, when you drink it, please chill it well while keeping the bottle upright before opening."
Spicy dishes such as ethnic cuisine and charcuterie made with pork also pair well.
When you drink it with dishes that have the spiciness of chili peppers, you can feel the sweetness of grapes.
Fukuyama is a region that has been cultivating Muscat Bailey A for about 80 years.
In the past, it was cultivated for raw consumption, but now it is being grown for wine for Fukuyama Wine Workshop. Please enjoy the rich flavor of the grapes harvested from the old vines.
