100% Shiraz from the "Marushichi Field".
It was fermented at low temperature for 3 weeks in a stainless steel sealed tank and aged for 8 months in French oak barrels after pressing.
This is a rich red wine with the taste of ripe fruit and a moderate sense of aging to enjoy.
