The weather in 2023 was also favorable.
For the MBA with a strong acidity, it feels like this year has been mild in terms of acidity. However, despite the good weather, it seems that there were surprisingly many diseases and poor coloring for the late-ripening black varieties.
Although the MBA's coloring was not bad, the rot was severe and many fruits were discarded.

The grapes were destemmed and fermented at low temperature with almost no pigeage for about a month. After that, they were settled for about three months before bottling.
