NIKI Hills Winery / HATSUYUKI 2025 (White) 750ml
Regular price ¥6,600A flagship wine representing NIKI Hills Winery!
NIKI Hills' flagship wine, produced continuously since the first vintage in 2015.
We are committed to low-temperature fermentation at 12°C to fully express the aroma that Kerner possesses.
In addition to the crisp acidity typical of Hokkaido, layers of aroma and taste are added for depth.
The harvest period is extended, and several types of cultured yeast are used during fermentation.
By blending at the end, it creates a unique aroma and taste that can only be expressed at NIKI Hills.
It is finished.
The 2025 vintage is drier with less residual sugar compared to the 2024 vintage.
A pale yellow that shines like crystal.
A refreshing sweet aroma like acacia buds just beginning to bloom, with the coolness of fresh herbs.
You can also sense green apple and ripe peach gradually revealing themselves over time.
A gentle acidity that makes you feel like "I want it to stay in my mouth forever," along with a rich fresh fruit sensation.
The fruity flavor is attractive. The finish is a light bitterness that neatly ties everything together, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
