The year 2023 was very favorable for the weather, allowing us to harvest fully ripe grapes.
We bathed in plenty of sunlight, and at night, the cool air from the moonlit mountains created a temperature difference, allowing us to cultivate robust grapes.
A luxurious assemblage of Chardonnay aged in French oak barrels to feel the earth and Sauvignon Blanc brewed in stainless steel tanks to experience a refreshing aroma.
