Bottled after over 9 months of natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks using only free-run juice that was either not skin-contacted or skin-contacted.
Aromas of white peach, pear, kabosu citrus, etc. It has a slight residual sugar and a rich, pleasant taste.
Can be enjoyed for up to one week after opening.
Compared to barrel-aged ones, you can enjoy the more straightforward fruitiness of Kerner.
Pairs well with grilled white fish such as tilefish, shellfish, and Japanese sweets.
