Nasu Wainary / Espoir (Chardonnay-Semillon) 2018 (White)

This is a blend of tank-aged Semillon and Chardonnay aged in new barrels (3 barrels).
Each had a strong personality, but by blending them in the optimal ratio based on various blending tests, we have rounded off each other's edges and created a white wine with a style that has never been seen before.
