This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from our own vineyard (Anagaya Vineyard) in 2022. After crushing, we performed skin contact to maximize the grapes' inherent potential. It is a pleasant wine with aromas reminiscent of tropical fruits, a solid body, and gentle acidity.
