Yokohama Winery / Amber Dream (Orange) 750ml

Fermented by blending Steuben harvested in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture, with a small amount of Rosariorosso. What was expected to be a red wine turned into an amber-colored wine. The sweetness and aroma of the two grapes are in exquisite balance. Due to the small production, it was aged in French oak barrels for one year, resulting in a further transformation into a more radiant amber color. It has a slight barrel aroma while becoming a wine with a rich body.

Takahata Town in Yamagata Prefecture is also known as "Mahoroba no Sato." It is a land where people have lived since the Jomon period. We named it "Amber-colored Dream," combining the dreams that ancient people may have had with the amber excavated from the earth. It overlaps with the dream of Hamawine for new endeavors, and we created this memorial wine to commemorate our 5th anniversary of brewing. The label design is also special, depicting the Port of Yokohama with passenger ships sailing.
