A dry white wine made with Steuben grapes from Tsuruta Town, Kokubu Hakujou 2023.
The skins of Steuben grapes were removed, and only the pulp was fermented with natural yeast and aged in wooden barrels.
The color is an orange gold with a hint of pale pink.
The aroma reveals a succession of fruit scents such as white rose, gardenia flowers, vanilla, white peach, Japanese pear, late citrus, banana, and apricot. The taste features fruitiness, mineral notes, and acidity that is robust yet well-balanced, with astringency that tightens the overall flavor, making it endlessly drinkable.
