The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from our winery's own vineyard are specially harvested early for sparkling wine, and each is fermented separately to bring out their unique characteristics before blending.
This is a genuine sparkling wine that has been carefully brewed over time using the méthode champenoise, which involves secondary fermentation in the bottle.
A toasty aroma reminiscent of grapes, with scents of apples, white flowers, and strawberries, resulting from aging.
The mouthfeel is sharp with a refreshing acidity, yet it has a rich and solid body, making it a luxurious and authentic sparkling wine that represents Takarasu Winery.
