The 2023 version was not created, but this wine was made playfully during the assemblage of a different version of "GROOOVE NIKUYARO." With the softness of Merlot and the malolactic flavor of Berry A, it evokes the image of richer, aromatic meat dishes. For example, lamb ribs or Genghis Khan. Since "GNY" was intended for a wide range of meat dishes, I believe this "Ura" allows for a greater appreciation of the uniqueness of "Japanese grapes." It undergoes lactic fermentation in the bottle, so it is "sparkling" when first opened. The change on the second day after opening is quite intriguing. The slight carbonation dissipates, enveloping you in the rich "milk" aroma of the wine, with a pleasant balance of tannins and acidity. It makes you want to enjoy it while nibbling on semi-hard cheese. Although the 2019 version of "Ura Meat" was created on a whim, the 2023 version was also made with a "spur-of-the-moment blend." Please enjoy it chilled or at room temperature.
