Made from Delaware, Steuben, and Shine Muscat grapes grown without pesticides (no Bordeaux or sulfur compounds) at our own farm in Nanyo City. After harvesting the three grape varieties, the whole clusters were crushed by foot and fermented with maceration in the tank. Some grapes remain uncrushed due to foot crushing, and the process uses Semi M C (Semi Maceration Carbonic). This 60-day SemiMC brings out the unique characteristics of both regular maceration and MC. Then, early-harvested Pink Delaware orange wine was added, followed by complete fermentation and secondary fermentation in the bottle. It offers a wild, juicy flavor with a fragrant aroma. You can enjoy this fun and slightly sparkling "erotic wine." Of course, even if the bubbles lessen, it can be enjoyed as a still wine. We hope you enjoy this sensation both now, fresh, and after aging.
