This wine is made from grapes grown by the "Living with Grapes" group, who rose to protect a vineyard in the Honzawa area of Yamagata City that was about to be abandoned. It is made from Delaware and Niagara grapes produced by the newly joined Tareishi (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuuchi (F), collectively known as (TEF).
Spending weekends working in the vineyard, protecting it, feeling the excitement of the harvest, and the fulfillment of safeguarding the vineyard. With these feelings, they performed maceration for 90 days and then conducted secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine is orange-colored but has a very cute citrus aroma and a gentle taste, unlike strong, astringent orange wines—just like their approach.
Like pleasant music flowing through the vineyard during work. "Musique non stop" and "TEF" sparkling wine (TEF no POP). Please enjoy this casual orange sparkling wine made from grapes they cultivated.
