Three friends, "Tomodachi (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuuchi (F), collectively known as (TEF)," who stood up to protect the abandoned vineyards in the Honzawa area of Yamagata City, slowly and naturally fermented fully ripe Delaware grapes at low temperatures, then conducted secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is their first white sparkling wine made this year, created to let you enjoy the healthy nuances nurtured by their careful grape management directly. Please enjoy the fruity, light, and Yamagata-like acidity-filled fruit flavor. The name "BoogieWoogie" was born from the lightly sparkling, cheerful feeling. Please enjoy this pop and casual white sparkling wine made from grapes grown by them.
