Three friends, "Tomodachi (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuuchi (F), collectively known as (TEF)," who stood up to protect a vineyard in the Honzawa area of Yamagata City that was about to be abandoned, created a pink Dela (a stage of Dela with more color development than blue Dela, offering an interesting balance of sweetness and acidity) orange wine that was bottle-fermented for secondary fermentation. I believe the sharp acidity and orange umami create an interesting flavor. In particular, the pink Dela was carefully fermented over 60 days. When poured from the bottle into a glass, fine lactic acid fermentation carbon dioxide bubbles are fragrant. This is not simply a sour wine like "blue Dela," but an exploration of the new growth category called "pink Dela." Please enjoy this POP and casual orange sparkling wine born from the grapes they cultivated.
