Harvested in mid-October, it slowly ferments and matures in French oak barrels, enhancing the fruit aroma and adding a moderate oak flavor that complements the wine's taste.
This is Ikeda Winery's flagship wine.
An elegant white wine with a powerful yet delicate and soft taste, featuring a perfect balance of citrus fruit flavors and vanilla-like oak notes.
