We made a crisp dry white wine from Koshu grapes. By fermenting at low temperatures in modern stainless steel tanks, it produces a clean and fresh aroma, and aging in old barrels brings out a calm maturation effect without adding barrel scent.
The refreshing aroma of Koshu grapes, soft matured fragrance, and lively acidity spread in your mouth, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant aftertaste. This crisp dry wine pairs well with Japanese, Western, and various other dishes.
