Woody Farm's entry-level white wine, aptly named 【Woody Blanc】. The grape varieties are changed almost every year, but the composition is centered around a consistent and common aroma across all vintages. Careful attention is paid to blending to ensure that the characteristics of specific vineyards, winemaking methods, and grape varieties do not stand out.
By aiming for the most neutral flavor within the Woody Farm, we envision a wine that encompasses a wide range of food cultures and preferences, making it easily accepted under various conditions.
"From the moment the bottle is opened, there is a straightforward and direct aroma of fruit. A mix of esters reminiscent of pear and musk melon, along with citrus thiols, sweet terpenes of white peach, and honeysuckle. This white wine evolves in flavor like a kaleidoscope, showcasing the interplay of various grape varieties."
