Regular price ¥3,850/

Tenjinyama Castle in Etchu Province, ruled by the famous Sengoku-era general Uesugi Kenshin. Reflecting on Uesugi Kenshin's rival Takeda Shingen, Koshu vines were planted in the same area. The Sur Lie method is used, aging the wine without racking after fermentation.
The 2024 vintage finally saw an increase in harvest volume, resulting in a Koshu that truly represents Uozu. What do the two generals think of this "Tenjinyama KOSHU"?
