Uozu City, overlooking the rugged Tateyama Mountain Range, is known for game meats such as Asiatic black bear, wild boar, and Japanese deer, which are also representative foods. The concept is a rosé wine that "embraces" the blessings of those mountains.
The grapes used are Merlot, one of the few grown on trellises at KANATA WINERY, which undergo cold maceration before being pressed and fermented.
This is a rosé wine that pairs not only with game meat but also with vegetables, wild plants, and medicinal cuisine.
