Based on Steuben, blended with several grape varieties. The top notes are refreshing and sweet, like pink grapefruit and ramune.
When you take a sip, you’ll notice rich fruit flavors and a slight astringency, but the higher acidity smoothly flows down the throat.
As in previous years, a small percentage of Merlot plays a major role, and this year we added Bailey A. It’s finished even juicier.
Since it is set to 2.5 atmospheres, it shouldn’t spray, but please be careful when opening.
