Only wines of particularly excellent quality made from grapes grown in our own vineyard bear the name "Bijou." The aged sandy soil grapes reflect the distinctive taste of this land in the wine. In 2021, it was aged in barrels for 10 months, adding the rich flavors from the barrels and the floral aroma unique to sandy soil, resulting in a truly charming wine.
The top notes are ripe fig and spices. On the palate, you feel a supple fruitiness, soft acidity, and tannins blending together with depth. The finish flows smoothly toward the back of the throat, a flavor truly characteristic of sandy soil.
The year 2021 was blessed with very good weather, making this a wine to look forward to aging.
