Vibrant fruit aromas of cherry and raspberry, with a sweet, very rich, and floral scent reminiscent of compote. Nuances of rose and maraschino cherry. Aromas derived from the barrel such as cherry chocolate, tanned leather, spices, and minerals add complexity and allure. On the palate, rich fruit sweetness is balanced with smooth, moderate tannins, vibrant acidity, and mineral notes, leading to a long finish. A red wine aged 12 months in barrels.

Pinot Noir harvested from the highest quality selected plots was aged in small barrels. This wine, nurtured by the terroir of Yoichi, has been crafted into a high-quality wine that we want the world to know. It is an attractive red wine with a harmonious elegance.
