This wine is made from Chardonnay grown in our own vineyards in the Ryono-Ono area of the Ono Basin, located at an altitude of 850m, as well as from contracted growers. The 2024 vintage suffered devastating damage to the Chardonnay in the Ryono-Ono area due to a late frost that fell early on the morning of May 10. Under these desperate conditions, the surviving new shoots grew with all their might, producing a very small amount of fruit. This wine is a medium-bodied style, fermented, underwent malolactic fermentation, and aged in new 228L French oak barrels, resulting in a complex flavor.
