Made with 100% Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture. After 12 hours of skin contact, the grapes are pressed, then blended with juice that was directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, Delaware grape juice is added back to adjust the sugar content, and secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle. This fresh frizzante offers the sensation of biting into the actual Delaware grapes, with their fruity and acidic notes.
The aroma gives a fruity impression reminiscent of ripe pineapple and mandarin oranges. When sipped, a subtle dissolved carbonation can be felt on the tip of the tongue. The flavor is as fresh as the aroma, allowing you to directly experience the sweet and sour taste of table grapes.
