As the name suggests, all the Fuji and La France ingredients are sourced from Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture. The pressed juice is divided into two tanks for separate fermentation: one mixed with Fuji and La France, and the other with Fuji only. During fermentation, pump-overs are performed twice daily. Just before the alcohol fermentation finishes, the juices are blended in a stainless steel tank, the reserved Fuji juice is added back to adjust the sugar content, and fermentation continues inside the bottle. This Japanese cider combines the freshness of Fuji with the juiciness of La France.
