The raw material is 100% Muscat Bailey A from Yamanashi Prefecture. 20% of it is laid whole-cluster at the bottom of the tank, and 80% is destemmed and placed on top, creating a semi-carbonic maceration state. It is fermented with the skins for 8 days, then pressed. It was aged in a stainless steel tank for about 9 months with several pump-overs per day.
A cute fruitiness and acidity spread. The finish is dry and gentle, with a moderate astringency and acidity.
